Subsiquently the college name has been changed from mahboobia panjetan P.G college to The Crescent college of business Management from acadmic year 2013-2014

The Crescents College of Business Management, an institution par excellence, appeared on the horizon of the ancient city Warangal in 2006 with the aims to create new generation of entrepreneurial managers and technocrats of the region who can meet the challenges emerging globally by providing them skilled faculty and facilities of world class environment and equipment. The concept of educational and intellectual dissemination subsisted in the minds of few visionaries like Mr. Mohammed Bashiruddin Khureshi, Chairman, Mahboobia Panjetan P.G. College and Mr. Khaja Mohammed Hassan Shareef, Secretary, Mahboobia Panjetan Education Society, who materialized it in the form of Mahboobia Panjetan P.G. Collage in the year 2006. The founding members, each in their own way represented for the dissemination of knowledge through establishment of various educational institutions in the city.
The faculty serves as the knowledge promoters in the leadership of the Principal Dr. Santoosh Kumar Khetan, a senior academician of the city, whose primary aim is to awaken the potential within the students and integrate it through coherent and judiciously coordinated curricular, co-curricular and extra curricular activities. The 10 acres spread over campus, presents a pictorial view where every inch of it diversified for the vision. It is home to six instructional and administration buildings which provide the entire range of infrastructure required for effective deliverance of education and real time environment of learning.

The collage is offering MBA & MCA courses which are affiliated to Kakatiya University, Warangal, approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, and recognized by Telangana State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE), Govt. of T.S. Hyderabad.

The collage has a full fledged library with almost 8,000 books, Journals and case studies for spending quality time, to improve knowledge and to get expose with globalization. The collage has two computer labs with 140 Latest configured / Networking / Internet are provided to the students for a state of art world class learning environment.

A Placement cell established with the purpose of strengthening the campus recruitment programs and to assists the students in planning their career options. The placement cell is involved in planning and conducting of various activities like communication skill improvement, Industrial visits, Real-time workshops with the objective of honing the innate talent of the students for achieving successful placements in top organizations. The institution has been successful in getting placed its 100% students so far in multinational and national companies.

From the successful beginning of the Post Graduation studies, the society is planning to introduce an Engineering College and a Central Public School to impart sound academic & modern education with religious knowledge to instill and cultivate self discipline, high moral character and academic excellence through teaching of the Quraan and Sunnah the way of our Righteous predecessors, InshaAllah.
